Design Consulting

Project Management

From consulting on the design of your new extrusion, we will co-ordinate with the mills to have your extrusion pressed; finish the metal with a powder coat or anodise; cut and machine the raw lengths into shape; assemble your product or component; package it securely, and brand it with your logo; and deliver it to site.

Logistics

We seamlessly move your metal from work centre to work centre, and from our warehouse to your warehouse. Your aluminium extrusions move from stock picking to surface finishing to machining to assembly to packing to dispatch to delivery, without you having to do a thing.

Extrusion

AiFAB caters to exclusive and custom aluminium extrusions. Our extrusion press capabilities include 7-inch, 8-inch, 9-inch and 12-inch billet diameter. Whatever your requirements, we’ve got the supply.

Digital Fabrication

Our fleet of CNC machines are capable of handling extrusion lengths up to 16.4m. We have 90-degree repetition cutting saws, double-headed and single-headed mitre saws, and plenty of options for drilling, punching and cutting aluminium.

AiFAB maintains a wide array of advanced machinery and precision tooling options. From massive sections for the transportation industry to complex architectural elements and intricately interconnected shelving systems, we’re the experts.
